On the West Campus you’ll find our dining room, outdoor pool, library and many inviting common areas. Here you can choose among studios or one- and two-bedroom apartments, many with ocean views. The East Campus is home to our fitness and wellness center, and our landscaped courtyard with its fountain and umbrella-shaded seating. All East Campus apartments have  two bedrooms with two baths, coffered ceilings, full kitchens, laundry rooms and fireplaces, and either balconies or patios looking out on a lush courtyard.

White Sands residents value their independence and embrace life by pursuing a wide range of activities.
